Q. What happens at a Jammie Pals™ Party?
Every Jammie Pals™ animal stuffing party is different. This is what makes us so unique. We can customize each party just for your child based on their age, interests, theme of the party, etc. All birthday parties include an unstuffed animal of your choosing for each child.

Q. Is there a hosting fee?
Yes, a there is a $30.00 hosting fee for parties with up to 24 kids. Larger parties with more than 24 children require a third host, which would require an additional $30.00 charge.

Q. Is there a minimum attendance requirement for a hosted party?
For hosted parties, there is a minimum of 6 (six) children required.

Q. What happens if we have no-shows for our party and I end up with extra Jammie Pals? Can I get my money back?
We do place special orders for your party as soon as you sign a contract. We are a small family business, so unfortunately we don't have a big warehouse full of inventory (yet). However, we do want to keep our customers happy, so we offer you a second option. Of course, you can always keep the extra animal stuffing kits that you paid for - either give them to those children who couldn't make it to your party, or just make the day of some other kids in your life with wonderful, unexpected presents. If you do prefer to get rid of the extra stuffed animals, we will buy them back from you at half-price. It's not a matter of us being cheap; that's just the most we can get back from our supplier if we have to return the animals to them.
Q. How far in advance should I schedule my child's party?
Basically, the sooner the better. Our calendar can fill up quickly, particularly on weekends, so you'll want to call as early as possible to give yourself the best chance of getting the date you want. We MAY be able to accommodate last-minute reservation requests if we happen to have an opening, but you're definitely taking a bigger risk by waiting until the end. Additionally, waiting makes it more difficult for us to get your materials shipped in time for your party. We'll do whatever we can to make it happen for you, but you may incur an additional fee if we are forced to place a rush order. Also, the same rules apply no matter how early or late you call; we cannot guarantee your reservation until we have received your signed contract and payment.
Q. How do I schedule a party?
Please visit our page and fill out the necessary information. We will contact you shortly to discuss the details of your event. Party Reservation Form, as well as a $50 non-refundable deposit, is required to secure your party date and time. Deposit may be paid via PayPal by visiting our This deposit will be credited towards your party balance on the day of your event.
Q. What if I need to cancel my child's party?
We can certainly reschedule your child's Party to another available date. If you choose not to reschedule, your

Q. Do you need any special accommodations on the day of the party?
Please have an open space available for our stuffin' fun and games. Most parents prefer a living room floor. Parties are very interactive party, so feel free to adjust the room temperature for some bear stuffin' fun!!
